Job description

Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity? Winnebago Industries is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing & Experience Officer, and Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. The Executive Assistant provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries in all matters pertaining to the executive leaders. The Executive Assistant organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects as needed. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in a result driven, fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
The role requires the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Day to Day of the Role:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CMO & CIO, including planning and coordinating schedules and meetings; managing calendar appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; completing expense reports; and preparing correspondence and presentations that are sometimes confidential.
  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the executive leaders with other senior leaders.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication and interactions between the Senior Vice Presidents' offices and internal departments; partner effectively with other Executive Assistants.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures, and handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Solve problems of diverse scope and exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in order to provide solutions.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite tools including Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel in preparation of correspondence, documents, and/or presentations; efficiently creates charts, graphs, tables, and text slides; ensure formatting consistency and accuracy of time-sensitive, high-profile documents.
  • Collaborates with Executive Assistant team as needed, regarding prioritization of projects, special needs, sensitivity/confidentiality of projects, resources, and timeframes.
  • Process invoices and track budgeting and reporting.
  • Support communications team to drive adoption of internal comms platform
  • Plan and deliver logistical details for internal & external meetings and corporate events including venue selection, set-up, food and beverage, supplies, etc.
  • On-board new team members: Liaison with IT, computer/work area, business cards, phone, orientation meetings, etc.
  • Other projects and duties assigned based on business need
Education & Experience:
  • Associate's degree in business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in a directly related field, preferably in a fast-paced and/or growing office environment
  • Strong work tenure with previous experience supporting Executive Officers, preferably in a medium-to-large public company.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft CO-Pilot, Adobe Acrobat, others as identified.
  • This position may require occasional travel to other Winnebago locations and meetings
  • Work in the office in Eden Prairie, MN at least 3 days/week, preferably 4 days/week

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
