We work at the intersection of leadership and business performance, and the people on our team take that work seriously.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Run end-to-end processย execution for 1:1 coaching engagements and coordinate with internal stakeholders on execution of assessment work
  • Translate ambiguous asks into structured plans and clear next steps, bringing order to complex, matrixed work
  • Proactively manage real-time record-keeping in Salesforce to ensure account health, engagement visibility, and accurate data
  • Create polished, client-ready materialsย in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner closely with contracts and financeย teams
  • Communicate professionally with client stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating genuine curiosity about their organizational context
  • Demonstrate ownership of deliverables, timelines, and outcomes, with the judgment to know when to escalateย

To Excel in This Role, You Will Demonstrate

  • Strong delivery quality: details matter here, and you hold yourself to a high standard
  • Clear, confident communication (both written and verbal) in front of client stakeholders and senior internal leaders
  • High ownership and follow-through: you close loops, meet deadlines, and can be counted on
  • The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active engagements with composure and focus
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with genuine curiosity about the work and the clients we serve
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentย

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2โ€“4 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the Office Suite
  • 2 days in office each week in Arlington, VA

Nice to have:

Why This Role

  • Work with globally recognized organizations at the intersection of leadership and business performance
  • A highly collaborative, energized team where your contributions are visible and valued
  • Real responsibility, real growthย path, real client impact from day one
  • Direct exposure to senior executives, former CEOs, and top business leaders across industries
