ADP is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst I - Human Resources Outsourcing within our Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE)

*This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL, Tempe, AZ office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations. *

This is a highly customer centric, engaging, and instrumental role in driving early-stage customer success within theHuman Resources Outsourcing (HRO) organization.We are seeking an individual who has high energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams in their pre-sales and post-sales process, working directly with clients to onboard and transition to ADP.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate client data by working directly with Sales, Brokers, Clients and Implementation teams to ensure accurate collection of key documentation (ex. PEO Health and benefits new business prospect applications, 401k benefit forms etc.)
  • Structure deals and documents in CRM, performing due diligence and analysis of customer onboarding requirements.
  • Built subject matter expertise in federal/state/local guidelines, system understanding maintaining an analytical mindset.
  • Provide highly engaged, client focused and just-in-time support for Sales partners for efficient support and problem resolution.
  • Work independently demonstrating organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up in a timely mannerand maintain individual and team KPIs
  • Manage effective communication of updates, challenges and changes across Sales and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience.
  • Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices and training on ADP solutions, based on client input or experience

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of business operations, customer operations/success/onboarding, sales operations experience or systems integration environment
  • Ownership mindset, customer excellence, system and data curiosity and high ethical standards
  • Have strong relationship building skills, the ability to collaborate in a cross functional environment and the ability to handle confidential matters
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best practices preferred
  • Strong Excel, Sales Enablement Tools (CRM, Call monitoring, Seismic, etc.), MS Word and PowerPoint skills preferred
