Qualifications
  • Seeking administrative assistants with extensive knowledge of the following computer programs โ€” Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), as well as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator
  • Multi-line telephone skills and ability to research and assist as needed to deliver client's needs.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents; such as, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, to write routine correspondence, to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organization, to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and to deal with situations involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
