Triangle Pond Management is seeking a qualified, full-time Crew Foreman to join our professional team in Raleigh, NC. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required.As a Crew Foreman, you will oversee and direct crews engaged in stormwater repair projects across both residential and commercial properties. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising and training team members, assigning tasks to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently, and maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards. You will conduct erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, sediment removal, grading, mowing, and planting, while operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers. You will interpret construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, utilize company technology to submit service reports, and ensure accurate tracking of project hours and material costs.
