Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The EVV Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) operations, with a focus on call monitoring, compliance, and pre-billing accuracy. This role ensures caregivers are properly utilizing EVV tools, addresses exceptions in real time, and supports overall payroll and billing processes. The EVV Coordinator also plays a key role in caregiver education by providing guidance on app and FOB usage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and maintain the Call Dashboard, including call maintenance, missed clock-ins and clock-outs, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Oversee pre-billing by reviewing and resolving EVV-related discrepancies and ensuring timesheet accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Plans of Care (POC), including verification duties and goals completed.
  • Identify and resolve overlapping shifts and other scheduling conflicts
  • Monitor and support caregiver app usage, ensuring proper EVV utilization.
  • Enforce EVV compliance standards and address non-compliance through appropriate follow-up.
  • Attend caregiver orientations and in-service days to assist caregivers with app setup, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and support FOB usage, ensuring proper functionality and compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma required; some college or business education preferred.
  • Strong telephone, organizational, typing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate schedules, documentation, and records.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of following simple instructions and applying practical judgement in routine situations.
  • Able to handle standardized tasks with minimal variation.
