your time will be spent in the field, working alongside our leaders and customers to turn strategy into measurable results.You'll be responsible for:Building Great LeadersCoach, mentor, and develop Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors through regular one-on-ones and leadership meetings.Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional operational leaders.Build succession plans that strengthen Verde's future.Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing leadership culture.Driving Operational ExcellenceExecute company-wide operational standards established by the Governance Team and COO.Ensure consistency across staffing, onboarding, quality inspections, training, route cards, and service delivery.Identify execution gaps and work directly with field leaders to solve them.Leading in the FieldConduct Leadership Visit Reports, Joint Inspections, and quarterly operational audits.Support major customer implementations, acquisitions, and operational transitions.Partner with Sales during RFP walkthroughs and operational planning.Serve as the executive operational leader during critical customer situations.Strengthening Customer PartnershipsBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with Verde's largest customers.Support Quarterly Business Reviews.Coach Operations Directors on customer engagement and long-term relationship management.Owning Business PerformancePartner with Finance to deliver regional financial performance.Support staffing strategies, labor planning, and operational budgeting.Utilize operational dashboards, HeySage, ADP, and
