Personal Evolution Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Fallon, Nevada. This full-time position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to provide essential mental health services while enjoying a balanced work-life schedule. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, contributing to our mission of supporting individuals in overcoming life’s challenges and striving for better mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design comprehensive care plans that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring their holistic well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ emotional and psychological barriers, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate progress and effectiveness.
• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and available strategies for improvement.
• Engage in regular case reviews and team meetings to share insights, refine clinical practices, and implement evidence-based interventions that drive positive outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all privacy and compliance regulations.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.

In this role, you will primarily serve older adults and their families, many of whom face mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise will help clients navigate significant life transitions, including bereavement, chronic illness, and relocation. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in promoting emotional resilience and improving overall quality of life for this population.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, particularly with older populations.
• Proficient in developing and delivering effective clinical interventions based on individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage clients and multidisciplinary team members effectively.

• Experience working within a community health setting or clinic-driven environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote counseling techniques.
• Skill in creating and facilitating psychoeducational workshops or support groups.
