Personal Evolution Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, delivering vital mental health services to our community. Work Environment

The role is fully remote, providing the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with your colleagues through digital communication platforms. Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Personal Evolution Therapy, you will:

• Engage in direct client assessment to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to provide integrative care that enhances therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current research to inform your therapeutic approaches and continuously improve the care provided to clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and empathetic space for clients to process their experiences and develop coping skills.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality care documentation.
• Keep abreast of advancements in mental health care, attending training sessions and professional workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an LCSW will primarily serve older adults and diverse populations facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, empowering them with the tools and strategies necessary for recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license in Nevada, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to create actionable interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

While at least two years of social work experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience working with older adults or populations with specific mental health issues.
• A background in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• A proven track record of collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
