The Content & Experience team is responsible for creating high-quality visual content across artist stores, e-commerce experiences, campaigns, product launches, social content, and branded storytelling initiatives. Working collaboratively across Creative, Production, Design, and Client teams, we transform ideas into experiences that connect audiences with the artists and brands they love.
How You'll CREATE
The Director of Photography is responsible for defining and executing the visual approach for video content across Digital Creative Services productions. This role partners closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Stylists, Editors, and Content teams to translate creative concepts into compelling visual storytelling through camera, lighting, composition, movement, and technical execution.
Acting as the visual leader on set, the Director of Photography ensures all content aligns with creative objectives while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and production excellence. This role combines creative vision with deep technical expertise and plays a critical role in shaping how artists, products, and stories are brought to life through motion content.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional visual instincts, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for creating content that resonates with audiences while supporting broader business and creative objectives.
  • Lead the visual execution of video productions across campaigns, e-commerce, content, and brand initiatives
  • Translate creative direction into clear visual approaches and production plans
  • Define camera, lighting, framing, movement, and visual storytelling strategies for productions
  • Partner with Creative Directors during concept development and pre-production planning
  • Collaborate with Producers to ensure creative ambitions align with production requirements and timelines
  • Lead camera crews, operators, and technical teams during productions
  • Establish visual consistency across multiple projects, campaigns, and content series
  • Oversee lighting design and camera setups to achieve desired creative outcomes
  • Guide technical decision-making related to equipment, workflows, formats, and production methodologies
  • Work closely with Stylists, Photographers, Editors, and Content teams to ensure cohesive visual execution
  • Review footage throughout production to ensure quality and creative alignment
  • Support post-production teams through creative guidance on color, look development, and final visual output
  • Contribute to the evolution of production standards, workflows, and visual best practices
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, production techniques, and visual trends

  • 7+ years experience in cinematography, video production, content creation, or related creative environments
