We are looking for individuals who are experienced in leasing single family residential properties, are passionate about customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. Your primary objective is to be the champion for each of our homes in marketing from when they become ready to list through move-in.
This position operates in the field serving our properties in the Phoenix, AZ area. Real estate license is required.
The Role: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Champion each of our homes in Marketing by "owning" the condition of the homes from the end of construction/Renovation until a resident has moved into the home - this is done via inspections and visits to the home and conducting sparkle cleans onsite
  • Meet weekly with the Revenue Management department to review pricing and property issues/concerns
  • Confirm all homes have marketing photos and verify that home is in acceptable condition to be marketed, and no access issues exist
  • Complete post turn visits to the home to confirm marketability within 2 days of release from construction
  • Track maintenance needs and concerns for marketed homes as raised by prospects or found during property walks
  • Conduct in person move in orientations as needed
  • Serve as a field representative on behalf of Evergreen Live, including, but not limited to, Eviction Court, Eviction Lockout, Utility Connection, etc.
  • Maintain prospect dashboard on online system within timeframes required, ensuring impeccable accuracy and oversight
  • Troubleshoot self-showing errors and facilitate showings in person as needed
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies with regards to the leasing process
  • Finalize lease agreements for all leases within the relevant markets in required timeframe
  • Manage prospects through follow up (texts/phone calls/emails) daily
  • Communicate with prospects before and after self-tours and facilitate online portal set up and onboarding
  • Ensure all marketed homes are properly published and syndicated to company approved/required 3rd party websites
  • Post homes aged in marketing longer than fourteen days to the MLS and maintain/update listing statuses during application process
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and exhibit competency in all prospect/resident interactions - over the phone, by email, formal written communications, or in person
  • Maintain active Real Estate Licenses, required continuing education, and Board of Realtor/MLS membership
  • Other activities as assigned by your manager

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in the Property Management industry required
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the designated market of this posting
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and people skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated

Additional Information the role will require:
  • Routine use of standard office equipment and computers
  • Travel to our properties in your region, and may involve light physical demands such as bending, walking, kneeling, stretching
  • That all duties are performed in a professional and safe manner
  • Standard workdays are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours
