Job description

The Opportunity
This is a core product seat: you'll own engagement features across our pregnancy & parenting apps and websites – What to Expect and BabyCenter – where moms-to-be and parents rely on us to get support and find their village. You'll partner with engineering, design, data, content, and marketing to bring these features to life.
You’ll be key in evolving how a new generation of moms-to-be and parents connect – translating complex needs into a modern experience. We’re looking for a PM who is biased toward action and excels at finding the shortest path to impact, ensuring we ship work that consistently moves the needle for our users and our business.
Few life moments hit harder – and we're building for them!
Key Responsibilities
Own a core part of our product experience: setting the direction, rallying cross-functional teams to ship, and using data and consumer empathy to iterate fast. We care about MVPs, learning quickly, and moving the business forward.
Strategy
  • Define and communicate the vision for your area, laddering up to business goals
  • Stay close to the market: parents, community trends, consumer behaviors, and what's next
Ship
  • Roll up your sleeves and ship: orchestrate across teams from first idea to launch
  • Move fast, learn faster
Measure & Optimize
  • Track what matters, pivot from what doesn't work, double down on what does
  • Use data and consumer empathy together – neither alone is enough
Qualifications
We're looking for a sharp, outcomes-driven PM who has built for consumer mobile and defaults to moving fast.
  • 5+ years in Product Management, specifically mobile consumer apps
  • Proven track record of owning a core area of product experience end-to-end
  • Strong foundation in discovery: turning insights into strategy and buy-in
  • Background in community or personalization features preferred
  • Experience with AI-driven features is a plus
  • Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams across time zones
  • Bachelor's degree
The work matters. The market is one of life's biggest moments – and there's a lot left to build.
