Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive efficiency within the organization's rhythm of business.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop strategic roadmaps and track progress against key initiatives.
  • Manage and support the rhythm of business for leadership teams, including staff meetings and all-hands events.
  • Drive business planning, objective key results, key performance indicators, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own organizational communications, including content generation for newsletters and staff meetings.
  • Drive objective key results development, tracking, and management across the organization.
  • Manage cross-team projects and ad hoc business initiatives as needed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Engage in and execute aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Support recognition and awards programs, including stakeholder coordination and project management.
  • Provide operational support to multiple leadership team members as business needs evolve.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • More than 12 months of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, quickly shifting context.
  • Strong initiative and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
  • Comprehensive background check required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience supporting leadership or executive offices.
