Reports to the Director of Production and works under the guidance of senior producers while serving as an Event Captain for assigned events. RESPONSIBILITIESEVENT PLANNING & DOCUMENTATION Collaborate with clients to understand event vision, objectives, and priorities, translating needs into clear plans. Build detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules that align to ONTHEMARC standards and client goals. Coordinate menu selections and applicable creative elements (including dรฉcor) to support the overall event experience.
