What You'll Do
As a Live Event Producer and Show Caller, you'll serve as the strategic leader and primary client contact for medium and large-scale live events. You'll guide projects from initial concept and planning through on-site execution and post-event delivery, ensuring every detail is aligned, every stakeholder is informed, and every event exceeds expectations.
This role combines creativity, leadership, financial management, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with talented production, design, and technical teams while building strong client relationships and driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Exceptional Events
•    Manage the complete lifecycle of complex live events, from concept development to final delivery.
•    Develop production plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and event schedules.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
•    Lead project teams and provide guidance to Associate Producers and supporting staff.
Shape Creative Experiences
•    Partner with clients to create compelling event concepts and audience experiences.
•    Guide creative development across staging, presentations, video content, and event design.
•    Ensure all creative elements align with client goals, messaging, and brand standards.
Manage Budgets & Project Success
•    Develop and manage event budgets while maintaining profitability.
•    Balance creative vision with cost-effective solutions.
•    Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and project reconciliation.
Collaborate Across Teams
•    Work closely with Account Management, Production Managers, Designers, and technical teams.
•    Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
•    Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and planning sessions.
Lead On-Site Event Execution
•    Direct live event operations and production activities.
•    Call shows and oversee event flow for complex productions.
•    Lead technical crews and vendor partners.
•    Address real-time challenges with confidence and professionalism.
Drive Continuous Improvement
•    Oversee post-event deliverables and client follow-up.
•    Lead project debriefs and identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Contribute to production standards, best practices, and team development.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Approximately 6 to 8+ years of experience in live event production, theater, agency, experiential marketing, or creative project management.
•    Proven success producing large-scale, high-budget live events.
•    Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
•    Strong understanding of event production processes, staging, technical systems, and live show execution.
•    Financial management experience, including budgeting and profitability oversight.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, client service, and leadership skills.
•    Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote.
•    Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
•    Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a U.S. passport, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience in an agency, corporate events, or experiential marketing environment.
•    Strong show-calling and live event direction experience.
•    Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading developing team members.

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based during the planning phase and requires travel to event locations for on-site execution.
The role may involve:
•    Working in both indoor and outdoor event environments.
•    Extended periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout venues.
•    Occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 25 pounds.
•    Working in varying lighting, sound, and environmental conditions.
•    Frequent travel based on client and event needs.
