What You'll Do

  • Own the full event production process from contract to close, bringing every detail to life after the Event Designer sets the vision
  • Build detailed execution plans, timelines, and diagrams that your on-site teams can actually execute flawlessly
  • Coordinate all the moving pieces - rentals, alcohol purveyors, entertainment, and everything in between
  • Secure signed contracts, deposits, and complete event details with precision and professionalism
  • Partner closely with internal teammates to ensure every event runs like a well-rehearsed performance
  • Show up on-site, lead your team with energy and purpose, and troubleshoot anything that comes your way with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Handle post-event follow-up calls, meetings, and billing to wrap every event with the same care it started with
  • Work across budgets of all sizes - from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions - without missing a beat
  • Champion the standards, ratios, and brand quality that make Catering by Design events exceptional every time

What You Bring

  • Experience in catering, event production, hospitality, or a related field (3+ years)

Additional important perks & details:

Please note - Initial salary of $58000 plus event sales commission (paid biweekly); compensation shifts to $53,000 base plus commission after 3 months. Total earning potential: $70000 - $95000+. Monthly gas/car stipend provided. Must be able to work weekends throughout the busy season of May thru October. This role is hybrid. And by hybrid we mean home office, in office, and where the events beckon in the surrounding Denver market!
