  • Serve as the on-site producer, ensuring each event runs seamlessly and every guest experience feels intentional.

Build Meaningful Partnerships

  • Source and manage relationships with chefs, artists, musicians, speakers, wellness practitioners, designers, and premium event partners.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and oversee budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Cultivate a network of creative talent that keeps programming fresh and relevant.

Champion the Member Experience

  • Build authentic relationships with members and develop a deep understanding of their interests.
  • Be present during events, anticipating needs and creating memorable touchpoints.
  • Gather insights and feedback to continually evolve the programming calendar.

Collaborate Across the Club

  • Work closely with Membership, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to bring each experience to life.
  • Support event communications, guest lists, RSVP management, and promotional content.
  • Ensure every event reflects the club's aesthetic, values, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Who You Are

  • A natural producer with a passion for hospitality, culture, and community.
  • Highly organized without sacrificing creativity.
  • Calm under pressure and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • A thoughtful communicator who builds trust with members, colleagues, and partners alike.
  • Someone who notices the details that transform a good event into an unforgettable one.
  • Curious about what's next in food, design, music, art, wellness, and culture—and excited to translate those ideas into meaningful member experiences.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience producing events in luxury hospitality, private membership clubs, boutique hotels, lifestyle brands, experiential marketing, or cultural institutions.
  • Proven experience managing high-touch events from concept through execution.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
