The Opportunity


Weโ€™re looking for a savvy, strategic, and experienced Event Producer to join our dynamic, collaborative team in Old Town Alexandria.

This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a professional who has mastered end-to-end event production โ€” leading 5โ€“7 high-budget projects ($350K+) at once with confidence, creativity, and precision.

Youโ€™ll be the lead point of contact for clients and vendors, guiding every element from concept to execution and ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.



What Youโ€™ll Do


โœ… Lead full-cycle planning and production of sophisticated, multi-faceted events

โœ… Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and excellence

โœ… Serve as primary client liaison, providing strategy, structure, and outstanding communication

โœ… Oversee creative development, technical production, and on-site execution

โœ… Measure success through budget accuracy, margin achievement, and client satisfaction



What Weโ€™re Looking For


  • 6+ years of experience producing large-scale, complex events (agency or corporate background highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage $350K+ budgets and deliver sophisticated product while achieving strong agency profit margins
  • Expert in project management tools (Asana, MS Office, Google Workspace, Social Tables)
  • Strong creative instincts balanced with financial discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
