Beverage Operations Manager - Main Event Caterers

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable Beverage Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the beverage program for Main Event Caterers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine beverages, including wines, spirits, and crafted cocktails, and will curate sophisticated drink pairings for high-profile events. This role involves menu development, inventory management, team training, and ensuring an exceptional beverage experience for our discerning clientele.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Beverage program development.
  • Event execution and coordination.
  • Inventory and cost management.
  • Quality control and presentation.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Client engagement and tastings.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on the business demands.

Required Skills/Abilities:
