Axis Automotive Group busca un(a) Events Coordinator & Marketing Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo de Mercadeo. Esta posición será responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos y actividades de los concesionarios, asegurando una experiencia de alta calidad y alineada con los objetivos de mercadeo y ventas de la organización.

???? Responsabilidades
  • Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos internos y externos, incluyendo lanzamientos de vehículos, actividades promocionales, celebraciones de empleados y eventos comunitarios, entre otros.
  • Coordinar venues, cotizaciones, reservaciones y proveedores externos.
  • Gestionar proveedores de decoración, catering, entretenimiento, alquiler de equipos, imprenta y otros servicios relacionados.
  • Coordinar el montaje y desmontaje de los eventos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de imagen y seguridad.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Mercadeo en el desarrollo de invitaciones, materiales promocionales y comunicaciones.
  • Preparar y administrar presupuestos, dar seguimiento a gastos y preparar informes.
  • Coordinar la participación del personal y otros departamentos en las actividades.
  • Mantener actualizado el calendario anual de eventos y coordinar los recursos necesarios.
  • Mantener inventario de materiales y recursos promocionales utilizados en eventos.
  • Evaluar los resultados de cada evento, incluyendo participación y métricas, y proponer mejoras.
  • Realizar otras funciones relacionadas al puesto según las necesidades de la operación.
???? Requisitos
  • Bachillerato en Mercadeo, Comunicaciones, Relaciones Públicas o área relacionada.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en coordinación de eventos, mercadeo o funciones similares.
  • Dominio del español e inglés (bilingüe).
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Conocimiento de Canva u otras herramientas de diseño.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre las diferentes localidades de la organización.
  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Excelentes destrezas de organización y planificación.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y trabajar bajo presión.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y establecer excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad, iniciativa y atención al detalle.
