La persona seleccionada tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar experiencia práctica en mercadeo digital, comunicación institucional, marca patronal y generación de candidatos, bajo supervisión y procesos de aprobación establecidos.
Responsabilidades
Brindar apoyo en el fortalecimiento de la presencia digital de la empresa mediante la evaluación de canales, planificación de contenido, consistencia de marca y análisis de métricas. La persona seleccionada tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar experiencia práctica en mercadeo digital, comunicación institucional, marca patronal y generación de candidatos, bajo supervisión y procesos de aprobación establecidos.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluar y apoyar la optimización de la presencia de WFS en redes sociales, página web, plataformas de reclutamiento y otros canales digitales autorizados.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar perfiles, enlaces, descripciones, llamados a la acción, frecuencia de publicaciones y consistencia de marca.
- Apoyar la planificación de calendarios de contenido y preparar borradores de publicaciones, anuncios, historias, mensajes y otros materiales para revisión y aprobación.
- Adaptar contenido a distintos canales y colaborar en la creación de piezas gráficas, videos cortos y materiales digitales utilizando herramientas autorizadas.
- Programar contenido aprobado, mantener registros de publicaciones y verificar la consistencia de vacantes, información de contacto y mensajes institucionales entre plataformas.
- Monitorear métricas de alcance, interacción, crecimiento, clics, visitas, consultas y generación de candidatos o contactos, preparando informes y recomendaciones basadas en datos.
- Investigar tendencias, formatos, herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial aplicables al contenido y análisis, considerando privacidad, seguridad, licencias y revisión humana.
- Ejecutar las tareas dentro de los planes y guías aprobados; toda publicación, respuesta pública, campaña pagada, modificación de perfiles, uso de datos personales o comunicación en nombre de WFS estará sujeta a los niveles de aprobación correspondientes.
- Estudiante activo en su último año de Bachillerato en Mercadeo, Comunicaciones, Relaciones Públicas, Publicidad, Administración de Empresas, Diseño Gráfico, Medios Digitales o área relacionada; o graduado(a) hace menos de un año con evidencia de graduación.
- Se considerarán candidatos sin experiencia profesional previa; se valoran prácticas, proyectos académicos, cuentas estudiantiles o comunitarias y portafolios de contenido.
- Manejo funcional de redes sociales y familiaridad con herramientas de creación, diseño y programación de contenido.
- Conocimiento de Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, gestores de contenido o plataformas equivalentes será considerado favorablemente.
- Capacidad básica para interpretar métricas digitales y utilizar Excel o herramientas de análisis y tableros sencillos.
- Excelentes destrezas de redacción y comunicación escrita en español; inglés funcional será considerado favorablemente.
- Se valoran destrezas en edición de fotografía, video y creación de contenido digital.
- Buscamos una persona creativa, organizada, analítica, detallista y orientada al público, con buen criterio digital y capacidad para trabajar de forma consistente con guías de marca y procesos establecidos.
