Job description

25% - Help create marketing emails using the Lied Center's email marketing platform with training and guidance.
20% - Compiling zip-code and ticket-revenue information, and other data for analysis as requested, which includes gathering  information from the Lied Center's ticketing system with training and guidance.
20% - Assist with gathering post-performance survey data.
10% - Assist with maintaining and processing promotional mailing lists, including email lists and U.S. mail.
 5% - Assist in writing and editing season materials, including performance programs, news releases, website content and more.
 5% - Distributing promotional materials on KU's campus and in Lawrence area as requested.
 5% - Assist with projects including event marketing campaigns, media relations and special promotions.
 5% - Word processing and digital filing.
 5% - Other duties as requested that impact Lied Center marketing and performance initiatives.
,The Lied Center Student Marketing Assistant will assist the full-time marketing staff in processing/posting/distributing data, information and materials, as well as implementing promotional initiatives related to performances and events in the Lied Series, which is the Center's professional touring artist series, along with other events as requested. This position also requires the availability to work 8-10 hours per week,  Monday-Friday, with a set schedule.
