THE ROLE WE'RE FILLING:
MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Marketing Assistant will be spearheading organizational efforts to streamline the process for company branded materials fulfillment and inventory. This role is charged with managing and maintaining incoming internal requests, on-hand item supply, and vendor reordering. Under their watch, all branded items and their locations will be recorded and maintained. The position also plays a role in getting special market requests and company store items distributed. Ultimately, the Marketing Assistant helps achieve overall department goals and success for on-going projects, while helping maintain the accuracy of organization details and materials across physical and digital platforms.

  • Basic computer literacy to print shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and update order statuses.
  • Valid driver's license (DL) and a registered, insured vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
