Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision-clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china only, please.
  • Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
  • Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
  • Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting-yes, you'll be part tech support too.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer service experience-because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
  • At least 6 months of banquet food service experience-we need someone who's seen a plated dinner or two.
  • Leadership potential or experience-you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
  • Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)-because safety is always in style.
  • Physical stamina-this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
