Administrative Assistant

Location: Ozark, MO.
Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: $40,000 โ€“ $50,000 per year (based on experience).
Classification: Exempt.
Role Overview:
This role exists to ensure day-to-day operations stay organized, on track, and consistently executed.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who can support executive operations, manage communication, and maintain structure across tasks and client onboarding.
This role requires someone who can exercise independent judgment, anticipate needs, and take ownership of responsibilities without constant direction. You will play a key role in maintaining organization, supporting execution, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Task & Execution Support (Core Focus):
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables across tasks and initiatives.
  • Maintain accountability and ensure consistent follow-through.
  • Support projects through organization, coordination, and execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Support executive decision-making processes by organizing information and tracking key priorities.

Communication & Calendar Coordination:
  • Manage executive inbox, including follow-ups and responses.
  • Draft, review, and send professional communications.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar scheduling across stakeholders.
  • Track conversations and ensure action items are completed.

Client Onboarding Support:
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows for new clients.
  • Ensure all required documentation and steps are completed accurately.
  • Maintain consistency and organization throughout onboarding.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Event & Travel Coordination:
  • Coordinate travel logistics for meetings and events.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Support on-site coordination when needed.

Operational Support & Organization:
  • Maintain organized digital systems and files.
  • Help improve internal workflows and processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
