Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Support the Events Manager in logistical arrangements including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and participants to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Manage event registrations and maintain accurate attendee records.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, brochures, and signage.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, management, and teardown to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements
