Our client, a dynamic organization based in Washington, DC, is seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team. This role is critical in supporting and executing various events and meetings, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to organize and execute company events and meetings. This position requires understanding event requirements, coordinating with design teams to produce materials, and managing communications with speakers and VIPs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all events and meetings align with the company’s mission and vision
  • Understand and implement the specific requirements for each event and meeting
