About the Job: Brevium is looking for an experienced Tradeshows & Events Manager who genuinely loves the world of events and tradeshows. This is not just a logistics role; you'll be responsible for making sure every event works for our business. That means thinking strategically about how we maximize every dollar and every hour we spend at an event and building experiences that move the needle on our sales pipeline. You'll organize roundtables, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs, client dinners, and hosted activities that deepen relationships and directly support our sales motion.

This role also requires someone with a thick skin, tradeshows can be demanding environments with difficult vendors and last-minute fires, and we need someone who can navigate that world with grace and grit.
Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle event logistics: booth management, shipping, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution
  • Plan and execute high-touch event programming including client dinners, roundtables, KOL engagements, and ancillary conference activities
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align event strategy with pipeline goals and ensure every event drives meaningful outcomes
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event ROI reporting
  • Maintain an organized event calendar and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the Brevium event experience before anyone has to ask
  • Hold vendors, venues, and logistics partners accountable - with professionalism and persistence
