Position Summary:
Standard 4-day in-office requirement, 1 day remote (of your choosing and subject to manager's approval)
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, email, print, and social media initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring timely execution of all projects.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as fact sheets, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Monitor campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist managing the bank's social media presence, including content creation, and industry trends research
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the shipping, distribution, and inventory of promotional materials to various locations or events.
  • Assist with event planning and execution for promotional activities, employee engagement, or community outreach programs.
  • Maintain and update the Marketing's mailing lists.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Digital Marketing: Ability to learn digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Creativity: Innovativeness in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that capture attention.

Potential Salary: $65k - $85k annually
This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
