Key Responsibilities

  • Manage events from initial outreach through execution, including comprehensive planning documents, timelines, staffing, and internal resource coordination
  • Research and identify event locations that align with client goals and target audiences

  • Manage project progress and adapt plans to shifting client priorities
  • Maintain clear notes, recaps, and reporting to support team and client alignment
  • Provide detailed post-project analysis and review
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach, planning, processes, and targeting strategies
  • Remain flexible during downtime to support additional company projects and needs

Who You Are

  • Personable, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities with accuracy
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs, follow up on outstanding items, and keep projects moving forward
  • Strong verbal and written communicator who can provide clear updates and maintain accurate project information
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of assigned work
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strategic thinker who is eager to understand how day-to-day work connects to broader client objectives
  • Willing to pitch in and support other teams when additional needs arise

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding event booking goals
  • Owning assigned events from initial outreach through execution, ensuring details, deadlines, and logistics are accurate and finalized on time
  • Staying organized and ahead of needs, proactively following up on outstanding items and managing multiple events without details falling through the cracks
  • Communicating clearly and proactively with internal teams, partners, and clients
  • Taking initiative to adjust outreach approaches and identify opportunities to improve outreach, planning, and reporting
  • Demonstrating readiness for expanded client-facing responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, events, outreach, or other customer-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to be in Glastonbury, CT office 5 days a week
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Monday.com (willing to learn Monday.com if not trained)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Exposure to marketing, event campaigns, and strategic client programs
  • Supportive team culture with opportunities for professional development
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Opportunities to work on nationally recognized client programs
  • A fast-paced and high-energy experiential marketing work environment
