Front Desk Attendant (Seasonal) - Bailiwick Country Club | Greenwich, CT
Bailiwick Country Club in Greenwich, CT, is seeking friendly and reliable individuals for a seasonal summer position as a Front Desk Attendant. While the primary role is front desk operations, team members may occasionally assist with snack bar shifts as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist members and guests in a professional manner
  • Handle check-ins, reservations, and transactions accurately
  • Provide information about club amenities, programs, and events
  • Assist with scheduling court times, lessons, and special events
  • Process snack bar orders through point-of-sale terminal
  • Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
  • Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Good communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills are a plus
