Job description

We are an event production company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented support professional to assist our team across multiple live events. This is a temporary, gig-based role through August - with flexible scope, hours, and duration, based on project needs and the strengths of the person hired.

The primary client will be The Festival, a Broadway-themed outdoor music festival. The role will also support other events including corporate events, other Broadway-related projects, and weddings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with scheduling calls and preparing agendas
  • Tracking contracts, invoices, and payments
  • Supporting budget organization and expense tracking
  • Assisting with sponsor fulfillment and deliverables
  • Coordinating signage design workflows and tracking proofs/approvals
  • Maintaining timelines, task lists, and production documents
  • Providing general administrative and production support as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Event experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
