Production Assistant 

Levity Talent (the major management/producing arm of Levity Live) is seeking a dedicated, organized, motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient Production Assistant to support client operations, show advancement, promotional initiatives, and the day-to-day talent management activities. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, venues, promoters, publicist, internal teams. To ensure appearances, any tours, promotional campaigns, and live events run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces and has a passion for comedy and talent management. 


Job Duties Include:

Manage client calendars and scheduling request 

Coordinate client advancement and event logistics 

Schedule and coordinate media appearances, promotional opportunities, and venue commitments. 

Monitor client, venue and club websites for show updates and schedule changes 

Track ticket counts and prepares reporting updates 

Monitor club, venue, and client social media channels 

Coordinate distribution of marketing and promotional assets 

Follow up on posting schedules and promotional commitments 

Communicate with venues, promoters, publicists, and client teams regarding upcoming events 

Assist with tour routing, travel coordination and show preparation 

Track missing contracts, riders, and event documentation 

Support weekend event updates and operational needs as required 

Maintain accurate reporting trackers and production-related databases 



Minimum qualifications:

2+ years of experience in entertainment, production, talent management, events, promotions, or live entertainment

Strong organizational and project management skills 

Excellent verbal and written communication 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment 

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint 

High attention to detail and strong follow through 

Ability to work independently
