Milevista, a leader in the event management industry, is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Event Assistant. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about creating events, experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. Located at our headquarters, this role requires the candidate to be actively present on-site, as this is not a remote job opportunity.

As an Event Assistant at Milevista, you will play a critical role in the seamless execution of our events. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support our event planning teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of bringing events to life.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of event planning.
  • Assist in developing and supervising event schedules and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure event success.
  • Handle on-site operations during events, including setup and breakdown activities.
  • Manage inventory of event supplies and materials, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and create materials.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
  • Comfortable working on-site and being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs (event materials, setup items, etc.).
