Job description

Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant IV for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading Atlanta-based employer. This role provides high-level support to three (3) Managing Directors within our client's Integrated Marketing and Channels organization. This is an on-site job in Atlanta with an hourly rate up to $36.25/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to three Managing Directors.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, conference rooms, virtual meetings, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate IT requests and other operational needs for executives.
  • Help plan team meetings, offsites, and employee engagement events.
  • Assist with visitor management, contractor access, and other office support activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders (10+ years of related professional experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Word; Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience improving administrative processes and workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of expense reporting, purchasing, payroll, or other corporate business processes is preferred.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
