Job description

Great second job or for those looking for supplemental income!!! 5 to 10 hours per week with the potential to increase hours!
Parking company is seeking part-time parking operations specialists to enforce on our parking lots.
This position is 1st and 2nd shift and weekends are required. Hours are random and are typically afternoons, evenings and weekends. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
  • Assist with customers by helping customers make payment via a mobile application.
  • Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
  • Work outdoors in different seasons and weather. Experience working outdoors is helpful.
  • Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
  • Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
  • Be able to attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
  • Pick up and trash in parking locations.
  • Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Reliable transportation, must drive at work.

Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
Job Type: Part-time, 5 to 10 hours per week.
Salary: $20.00/hour
