Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Home Staging Installer to join our growing team. This position is not entry-level. You must have prior home staging and moving experience, be highly reliable, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

In this role, you will load and unload trucks, lead installations, direct on-site crew members, and coordinate closely with the designer to ensure each project is completed accurately and on schedule. You will also manage removals, including properly shrink-wrapping and padding furniture for safe transport back to the warehouse or to the next project.

  • Requirements (Must Have):
  • Minimum 2+ years of home staging and moving experience (required)
  • Clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving moving trucks
  • Dependable and punctual — this role requires consistent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure
  • Proven leadership skills; capable of managing and motivating a small team
  • Strong knowledge of furniture installation, placement, and logistics
  • Must speak English; bilingual preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions precisely
  • Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse
  • Schedule & Growth:
  • Part-time or Full-time available
  • Some weekends required
