We are seeking a results-driven Staging Sales Professional to lead revenue growth for our luxury home staging division. This role is designed for a confident closer who understands the value of staging in the luxury real estate market and excels at converting leads into booked staging projects.
You will own the sales process for luxury staging-from initial inquiry through contract execution-while building strong relationships with top-producing real estate agents, developers, and builders to drive repeat and referral business.
Key Responsibilities
Luxury Staging Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects.
  • Convert inbound staging inquiries through consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations.
  • Present staging solutions that position homes for faster sales and higher perceived value in the luxury market.
  • Confidently close staging contracts and secure repeat business.
Business Development & Relationship Building

    • Luxury real estate agents and brokerages
    • Developers and builders preparing properties for market
  • Attend open houses, broker events, and industry functions to promote staging services and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Establish long-term partnerships that result in recurring staging engagements.
Client Consultation & Project Alignment
  • Assess properties to determine staging scope, budget, timeline, and target buyer profile.
  • Recommend appropriate staging packages based on property size, market positioning, and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal staging and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes and smooth project execution.
Brand Representation
  • Serve as a polished ambassador of the brand in all staging-related client interactions.
  • Maintain the company's reputation for luxury presentation, professionalism, and reliability.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in home staging sales, luxury real estate sales, or a related luxury service.
  • Strong understanding of how staging impacts marketability, days on market, and buyer perception.
  • Proven ability to close high-value staging projects.
  • Experience working with luxury properties ($5M+) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management habits.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Benefits
  • Base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to staging revenue
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • 401(k) administration
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury home staging company
