Position: Banquet Houseperson
Location: The Hotel at Arundel Preserve
Department: Banquets / Events
Reports To: Banquet Manager / Director of Events
Status: Part-Time
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (experience-based compensation)

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event diagrams and specifications
  • Move tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment with care and efficiency
  • Ensure all event spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready
  • Collaborate with banquet servers, culinary, and event managers to execute flawless functions
  • Respond to last-minute changes with flexibility and a can-do attitude
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and report any maintenance needs
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment
