Job description

RH2 is currently seeking an Office Coordinator (scheduled to work 32 to 40 hours a week) to support our Lake Oswego office. This position provides comprehensive office and administrative support to ensure the Lake Oswego office operates efficiently and effectively while delivering exceptional day-to-day support to professional staff of RH2 Engineering and CSNW (a subsidiary of RH2). The Office Coordinator also provides administrative and organizational support to the Office Manager/EVP.

With your skills you will:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Lake Oswego office, manage incoming emails, phone calls, packages, and mail; assist with meeting scheduling; coordinate conference room setup; and maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the Lake Oswego Office Manager/EVP, preparing correspondence and materials, assisting with follow-up and action items, coordinating information and requests, and supporting special projects and office initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with property management for on-site facility issues. Communicate updates, planned work, and potential impacts to Lake Oswego staff as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance and service for office equipment, including copiers and other shared equipment.
  • Partner with Facilities and Purchasing administration at corporate to maintain inventory and purchase office supplies, equipment, and safety/PPE supplies for the Lake Oswego office.
  • Assist with new employee office setup and onboarding activities, helping create a welcoming and well-organized experience for new staff.
  • Participate in special assignments and/or the social committee. Coordinate office events and activities, including planning, setup, and breakdown.
  • Identify opportunities for the Office Manager/EVP to improve office processes, organization, and administrative support, and take initiative to implement solutions when appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; PDF tools; and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Prior experience preparing, formatting, and proofreading professional documents using Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees at all levels, leadership, clients, vendors, and other external contacts.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional office environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, dependability, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work in-office.

Compensation counts:

RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees' contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the following range based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees' work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.

Office Coordinator 2 (5+ years of related experience): $32.00-$36.00/hour
