The Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill is looking for an experienced hospitality sales professional to join our team as Catering Sales Manager. This is an opportunity to build relationships, grow catering and group business, and help clients bring exceptional meetings and events to life at a full-service Marriott hotel and conference center.

As Catering Sales Manager, you will proactively solicit, develop, and manage group and catering opportunities while maximizing revenue through strategic selling and upselling. You'll play an important role in achieving individual and team revenue goals while ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify, solicit, and develop new group and catering business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat and future business.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and identifying opportunities within each account or event.
