Location: El Paso, TX (West-Side)

Department: Operations

Reports To: Site Supervisor

FLSA Class: Non-Exempt ($17.00/hr)

Position Summary

The Uniformed Unarmed Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and visitors at our facility in El Paso, TX. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The associate will serve as a visible deterrent to potential security threats while providing assistance and guidance to individuals on-site. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to foster a secure atmosphere that promotes peace of mind for all stakeholders.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
