REIC Rentals is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined HVAC Technician to support our Temporary Heating & Air-Conditioning Division. In this role, you'll deliver, install, service, and pick up temporary AC units, heaters, and ventilation equipment across commercial job sites. If you enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver, set up, and remove temporary AC units, heaters, and ventilation equipment on customer job sites.
  • Safely operate company vehicles including pickup trucks, box trucks, and trailers.
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks using common hand tools (pipe wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.).
  • Assist with equipment troubleshooting, refueling, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
  • Complete daily safety inspections and required DOT documentation.
  • Maintain a strong safety-first mindset in every task.
  • Work overtime, early mornings, or late evenings as needed.
  • Respond to after-hours or emergency calls during peak season.

What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn HVAC equipment.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam.
  • Comfortable towing and maneuvering trailers.
  • Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused.
  • Experience in HVAC, construction, or equipment rental is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be 21+ yrs of age
