A growing and highly respected restoration company is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events.

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team that helps property owners navigate some of the most challenging situations of their lives. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial scope through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely execution.

What You'll Do
  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners, commercial property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Review estimates, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain job costing and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Resolve issues and obstacles quickly while maintaining positive client relationships
