Are you looking to be part of a high-performing team of go-getters who make a difference both on and off the court? Join the Detroit Pistons as we harness the power of basketball to unite our city, elevate our fans, and drive lasting community impact.

As our Creative Project Manager, you'll be the operational force behind the campaigns, content, and experiences that engage fans across the court, arena, social media, and marketing channels.

You'll manage priorities, optimize workflows, coordinate resources, and create the structure that allows our Creative team to produce its best work.

If you're an organized, proactive project manager who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complex projects, we'd love to meet you.

  • Manage project schedules, team capacity, and resource allocation across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Improve creative workflows, project management systems, and processes to increase efficiency and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary communication hub, providing stakeholders with clear updates on project status, timelines, and priorities.
  • Facilitate approvals, remove roadblocks, and help creative teams stay focused on delivering exceptional work.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors to support successful project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment where creativity and organization work hand in hand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in creative, marketing, sports, entertainment, agency, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana or similar workflow tools.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for supporting creative teams.
