Event Coordinator – Engineering Services

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and technical events that support our engineering services business. This role will focus on managing industry conferences, technical seminars, client meetings, training workshops, trade shows, and internal corporate events. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate complex logistics while working closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating corporate or technical events (engineering, construction, IT, or industrial sectors preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
