Our project managers lead the development and setup of multi-million-dollar projects. This position is integral to both the strategic planning and execution phases, with a strong emphasis on project procurement. Working in close collaboration with Business Development and Marketing teams, the role supports the implementation of the Murray sales and marketing plans. Key responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, and contributing as a core member of an integrated design and construction team. Ideal candidates bring a proactive mindset, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate complex projects to deliver successful outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar fields from four-year college or university; or 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eight+ years construction industry experience related to project pursuits, including estimating, project management, or business development, including healthcare experience, preferred
  • Minimum of 10 hours OSHA certification and First Aid certification
  • CPC, LEED AP, CHC, ASHE certification, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional client interaction skills and developing trade partner relationships
  • The ability to travel overnights to project locations
  • Valid drivers license
