  • Accurately enter client information, rental items, event logistics, and scheduling details into the rental management system.
  • Coordinate final event details, including payment processing, delivery, and pickup scheduling, site logistics, diagrams, portage requirements, and third-party subrentals.
  • Collaborate with Event Consultants, Event Directors, Business Development Managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Troubleshoot event challenges proactively and develop effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction and operational success.
  • Promote showroom visits, warehouse tours, and design appointments to support business development efforts.
  • Interact with clients to gather feedback on service quality and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support general office operations, including accepting deliveries, maintaining showroom presentation, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Periodically attend professional industry and community events to strengthen relationships and support company visibility.

  • Independently motivated with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others as needed.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to sit for several hours throughout the workday.
  • Occasional travel to showroom or event locations, if applicable.

Nice to Have
