About the role
Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We build software that gives employees real control over how they use their benefits.
We're looking for an Event Marketing Associate to own and grow our event program. You'll lead the planning and execution of conferences, customer events, webinars, hosted dinners, and field marketing initiatives that create meaningful connections and support company growth.
You'll join a small marketing team where you'll have real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations to deliver exceptional experiences and help shape how Thatch shows up in the market.

  • We move quickly without compromising quality.
  • We work across functions to solve hard problems.
  • We learn from customers and continuously improve.
