Description

Momentus is the global leader in event and venue management software, powering millions of events across thousands of venues worldwide - from iconic stadiums and convention centers to corporate campuses and universities. At a time when events are becoming one of the most important - and underutilized - drivers of pipeline and customer engagement, Momentus is building a system that turns them into a measurable, scalable growth engine.

As we continue to invest in events as a core growth lever, we're hiring a Marketing Events Manager to own and elevate our event program into a world-class, revenue-driving engine. This is not just an execution role. You will act as the architect and operator of our event strategy, ensuring every experience is intentional, high-impact, and tightly aligned to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll combine strong strategic thinking with flawless execution, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver events that are both operationally excellent and commercially effective.

  • Ensure every event delivers a consistent, premium, and differentiated Momentus experience
  • Partner with Demand Gen to build and execute integrated promotion plans across email, paid, social, and content
  • Ensure strong pre-event pipeline creation and post-event follow-up
  • Allocate budget based on strategic priorities and expected ROI
  • Own end-to-end financial management including POs, vendor payments, and reconciliation
  • Manage all event logistics including AV, signage, catering, staffing, setup, and on-site execution
  • Own vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Ensure accurate lead capture and tracking
  • Monitor lead progression through the funnel and partner with Sales on follow-up and conversion
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to ensure messaging and experience align with core value propositions
  • Shape and evolve the Momentus event experience and identity
  • Travel 8-10 times a year to be onsite at Events

  •  3+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events across formats and scales
  • Experience defining goals, measuring performance, and reporting on event ROI
  • Understands how events connect to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and deliver under tight timelines
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to align teams around a shared event strategy

  • Comfortable balancing cost, quality, and impact
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
