Description

Creative and ambitious Account Coordinator. The candidate will support day-to-day communication with clients, and will be a critical part of producing large scale, experiential events within client's event program. Experience in event production and event management is a plus, as well as strong client relations skills. Strong project management skills and detailed oversight are central to this position. The candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to think strategically.

Position based in Northern NJ.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating day-to-day aspects of multiple projects.
Assist in managing client communications.
Responsible for back end account entries and job reconciliation; including entering new events into system and keeping client/event info up to date.
Assist in planning and delivery of tradeshows, conferences, and events.
General research related to client program development.
Build pre-show strategy decks and post-show recap reports.

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
A proven track-record of executing successful projects within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to approach unique problems in innovative and creative ways.
Ability to think creatively about a variety of challenges and apply organizational and managerial skills accordingly.
A proficiency in Power Point and Excel and a working knowledge of social media and Photoshop is a plus
